RAID - Vidipax
In the middle of changing an office domain, the main file server at Vidipax went down, evidently a physically damaged RAID. Workers at Vidipax then discovered that the tape backup had not been functioning properly; about 5 months of work was gone. One of the things the server drive array had contained was a huge database for their biggest client, the Coca-Cola Company, and it was almost time to deliver to them. If the data could not be recovered, Vidipax would almost certainly go out of business.
(The Coca-Cola Company) , and it was almost time to deliver it to them. If the data were lost, Vidipax would almost certainly go out of business.
Vidipax called us, we worked on it and recovered all the lost data.
" All our data is fully restored, and we're back to normal. Thanks so much for saving our business! "

RAID - TBRC
The project manager of TBRC brought us hard drives from a Dell server after a power outage.
A Linux operation system was originally installed on that server with an EXT2 file system on a RAID array.
Our engineers examined the array and determined that there was a physical corruption, most likely caused by the power outage.
After the customer approved the price quoted, we started the recovery and successfully recovered 100% of the RAID data.
