The wife's computer crashed really bad. All of my efforts to get it to boot back up into windows failed. She had many Word and Excell files on the drive. The drive was very unstable. I couldn't even read the drive to get her files off of it. We Recover Data . Com was able to get all of her files off the drive. It was pricey, but I was paying for there years of experience to have a successful recovery. She now has all of her files on her new computer.

I was impressed with the help I received via the phone call to inquire of the services. When I arrived at the tech center I was greeted cordially and given a full rundown on what to expect. The email communication was excellent and the data retrieval from my damaged cell phone was on schedule as quoted. The retrieval was a success. I would recommend this company with confidence.
Although I did not go through with the fix the team was very communicative and explained clearly to me the issues and process.
