If you identify specific files, folders, or other target data, success is determined by whether those agreed targets are recovered. If you do not identify target data, or request “all data,” “everything,” or “unknown,” the recovery is considered successful when any usable user data is recovered, and the recovery fee applies.
Usable user data means readable customer-created files recovered from the submitted device, excluding operating-system files, temporary files, and recovery-process metadata.
