Recovery brief

Recovery brief

Where data may reside
Original aircraft media on X1 and AQUA models; companion-app copies; retained recording media on legacy Hover Camera units.
What customers typically need
Personal and action footage from X1 and AQUA, clips saved in the companion app, and recordings from end-of-service Hover Camera units.
The HOVERAir constraint
The recording location selected for the missing file must be identified. The announced platform needs its production hardware verified first.

Questions

Is my HOVERAir clip on the aircraft or my phone?
It can be on either. We identify which recording location was selected and evaluate the original aircraft media and any companion-app copy.
Can legacy Hover Camera units be evaluated?
Yes. Manufacturer end-of-service does not prevent evaluation of retained recording media.
Is the newly announced HOVERAir platform supported?
It is listed as announced and not yet evaluated. Its production hardware and recording location must be verified first.
Pricing: diagnostic fee $195, credited toward your recovery price. Typical drone recovery runs $500–$1,500, confirmed after evaluation. See drone pricing
