We can restore tapes quickly and efficiently. If time is critical, we can restore tapes considerably faster than restoring them in the client environment.

We created a full set of software utilities to restore data from backup software, including:

• ARCserve
• Legato NetWorker
• Retrospect
• Tivoli
• NTBackup
• Backup Exec
• NetBackup

In many cases, a backup agent is used in the initial backup process to back up live database environments such as Microsoft Exchange or MS-SQL. Our utilities can restore those tapes without the need for the same environment.

If the tapes have errors, in most cases we can overcome them quickly and continue with the restoration process.
